These factors significantly reduce operational costs and downtime, improving overall productivity. Unlike machines with a double-door design, the double-face layout minimizes space requirements and simplifies operations, making the machine’s layout more ergonomic and functional. Operators can directly load and unload bars from the paint line to the satellites installed on the machine’s double-face door, eliminating intermediate steps and improving production efficiency. Additionally, thanks to the positioning of the evaporation tower, aluminum loading and resistance replacement have never been easier.
The system has been specifically designed to give customers the possibility of automating bar loading/unloading, either immediately or in the near future. This solution, already tested by Arzuffi in the field, is simple to implement, easy to manage, and economically accessible.
Speed-Met II Double Face ensures an ultra-fast metallization cycle, approximately 7 minutes for a process consisting of ionic discharge and aluminum evaporation.
The productivity rate is exceptionally high: the Speed-Met II machine can metallize up to 42 bars per satellite, meaning 84 bars per cycle.
